Located on the beautiful Shining Sea Bike Path with your own private access, this lovely home is close to Chappoquoit Beach, Old Silver Beach, West Falmouth Village and the Great Sippewisset Marsh. Enjoy stunning harbor sunsets from the front porch or relax on the back patio by a carefully landscaped lawn and garden.
Comfortable living areas include, fully stocked kitchen, den with flat screen TV and BluRay player, formal dining room and living room with deck access. There is a three season room just off the kitchen with access to patio. The house supports high speed wifi internet access from any room.
The first floor bedroom has a queen size bed and full bath attached.
The second floor offers 4 bedrooms, 2 queen beds and 2 full beds, and one full bathroom. Each bedroom has two or three windows with water views, and cool evening breezes.
Outdoor shower, washer/dryer and private access to the bike path.

We had a lovely week here in West Falmouth. The house had everything we needed for our week. Plenty of bedrooms and fully equipped with everything you need. The location is ideal. We used the bike path everyday there is a gate right behind that has easy access. The West Falmouth Market is within walking distance for anything you may need. The sunsets every night were amazing right from the front porch. Chappy beach is just a bike ride away. So fun!

We enjoyed the house and the area beaches and especially the bike path which is immediately behind the garage on the property.

The house has a wonderful view and you can enjoy sunsets every evening. You stay here for the sunsets and direct access to the bike path not for the house itself.
