Really cosy apartment, nice and spacious. Air conditioning and comfortable bed.

Location. Comfortable bed. AC worked well. Nice and quiet at night.
Dingy, smelled of sewage in the stair well and bathroom. Staircase is awkward and has a very low ceiling so mind your head! Not particularly clean. Poor directions to the property. Electric failed twice due to problems within the apartment. Other than that, an adequate place to stay for the money.

The property owner had kept some light breakfast/snacks like bread and jam, tea.
There was air condition in both rooms.
The toiletries were not adequate.
We were three guests staying for 5 nights. I expected sufficient amount of toilet papers, soap, shampoo to be made available by the owner. But it was inadequate for us.
