We picked up the keys at the keybox, not in person. Probably because of this, we weren’t told, that you can’t access the appartement by car. Informations like this would have been nice to have been told by the hosts beforehand.

The location was perfect. It was very close to Le Corum where I had a massive congress there.

Well, I have no idea where to start but I could say that I'm still waiting my receipt to be able to get my money back from my work. They have promised that they will send it on Thursday but they vanished. When it comes to other things such as how to pick up the keys: they are sending an e-mail to you like fifteen days ago and you have to keep it, because if you are a busy person and if you forget about it for a second (you might forget to save that e-mail and you might not have any internet when you arrive Montpellier), then things can get really hectic. They can't assist you in english. Well, I agree that not everybody has to know english in the world, but if you have a facility like this and if you are putting this into an international website in order to make money, then you have to solve this issue. Or you might just put your flat to local agencies, so you don't have any communication problems. They really put me in a hard situation, because I forgot how to pick up the keys (yes, this is definitely something that I had to be more careful), but when I wrote down for a help, I have got so big french texts that I had to put into google translation when I had really limited time to catch up the congress registration. There are stains on the bedlinen that you can actually feel physically by touching, although other parts of the house was really clean. Also wifi, If you are an academic and need to work actively from time to time, well, wifi doesn't work really significantly, too slow to do anything.
