The Host was very responsive he helped me when trying to find my way in and also if I had any complaint he would respond almost immediately

Regarding the courtyard, it was explained that in Montpelier they are not permitted to simply install a bird net. However, the courtyard itself appeared to be very poorly maintained, which negatively affected the overall impression of the property. Regarding the bathroom, the curtain behind the toilet conceals a small storage-like area. Unfortunately, this space was not kept neat and tidy. It may be better to either close off the area completely or find a way to prevent guests from accessing it, as its current appearance detracts from the overall cleanliness and presentation of the room.

L emplacement de l appartement, dans le centre mais au calme.

L'emplacement est formidable, près de la cathédrale, et c'est très appréciable de bénéficier d'une place pour la voiture dans un garage à proximité. Le propriétaire est réactif et aimable.

Le logement lui-même est propre et entretenu mais il se trouve au rez de chaussée dans une cour vétuste et sale, ce qui entraîne des désagréments, et n'incite pas à y rester dans la journée. Nous n'y avons donc pris que le petit déjeuner (il nous a manqué un grille-pain). L'escalier qui mène à la mezzanine n'est pas très pratique et il y a un fort bruit de ventilation (auquel on s'habitue ensuite)
