El sofá en muy mal estado

L'appartement est situé dans un quartier très calme à une minute d'une station de tram et d'une supérette et à 3 minutes à pied du Corum. L'appartement est très confortable et très propre. Système de récupération de clef très pratique même en week-end. Très bons échanges avec les hôtes. Je recommande vivement.

The location is perfect, with a tram stop just a 2-minute walk away and all major sightseeing spots within walking distance. There are many nice restaurants and grocery stores nearby. The hosts responded quickly to my concerns and fixed everything I asked for.

The kitchenware was limited and not very practical for cooking, especially knives, and the lighting in the main room was so dim it was impossible to read comfortably in the evening. It might be acceptable for a short stay, but for a month-long visit it was not comfortable. The mirror had cracks and the sofa was in poor condition, with springs pushing up the cover, making it unpleasant to sit on. There was a very unpleasant odor in the bathroom, but after I informed the hosts, they came and poured some chemicals down the sink, which fixed the problem. However, by the end of my stay, the odor started to appear again, not so strong as at the beginning, though. Something needs to be done to permanently fix the problem.
