This authentic house is located in Mogorella, in the middle of Sardinia. This location is the perfect balance for a vacation in the mountains and relaxation at the beach. Mogorella is the perfect spot to discover the island due to its centered location. Du vil ha full og enkel tilgang til huset. It's completely fenced (great with children or pets). The beds, washing machine, dishwasher and fridge are completely new! Restaurant and supermarket are within 20 meters !! The price mentioned is the number of persons occupying it.

Maison au calme avec petite cour intérieure ombragée. Jolie maison très bien aménagée ou nous avons passé un agréable séjour. 2 salles de bains rénovées avec goût. Nous avons apprécié le niveau d'équipement de la maison qui offre tout le confort possible (lave linge, lave vaisselle, machine à café et ses dosettes et bien d'autres).

Das Haus ist so wie beschrieben. Lediglich WLAN war bei uns nicht verfügbar.
Das alte Gebäude hat einen besonderen Flair. Das Bad ist neu, die Betten gut und der Innenhof lädt zum Entspannen ein. Geschirr usw. ist reichlich vorhanden.
Mückenstecker nicht vergessen! Besonders auf der Hofseite finden die Biester genügend Löcher für einen Angriff.
Leider wirken Mogorella und die umliegenden Orte ein wenig ausgestorben sodass man recht viel fahren muss (viele der umliegenden Restaurants waren Ende August geschlossen).

Wir haben drei Tage in Mogorella verbracht und es als Ausgangspunkt für Erkundungen nach Westen und Osten genutzt.
Das Häuschen ist urig, historische Substanz aber teilweise sehr schön modernisiert. Das Bad ist sehr gut ausgestattet, die Schlafzimmer auch. Die Betten sind sehr gut gepolstert, super Kopfkissen! Die Küche ist mit modernem Kühlschrank, Spülmaschine und etwas veraltetem Gasherd/Ofen ausgestattet. Der Eingangsbereich ist als Mehrzweckraum nutzbar, verbindet alle Räume. Im Garten haben wir schön gesessen und gegessen.
Beim einparken berücksichtigen, dass das Auto nicht zu groß sein sollte. Unser 1‘er BMW passte perfekt durchs Tor.
Direkt gegenüber ist ein kleines Geschäft mit Tabak und Lebensmitteln.
Sehr guter Kontakt mit dem Vermieter, Schlüsselübergabe und Rückgabe unkompliziert und problemlos.

It's an older house with lots of charm and quiet.
However the electrics are currently (13-04-2019) a bit of a death trap (exposed 230v wires, even using antenna cable at some point), though some parts have been upgraded correctly.
When staying here during the hotter times of the year it would be absolutely beautifull and pleasant, however there is no central heating so the colder times can be verry cold.
