About this house rental
Sardinia, Seulo, with breathtaking mountain views. Romantic apartment just finished to renovate, converted from an old farmhouse from the 1800s, patio, garden with lawn, new furnishings for a family of two to five people. It is surrounded by the greenery of the countryside.
It consists of a living room with spectacular views, a kitchenette and a comfortable sofa bed for one and a half. The living room overlooks a large furnished porch to eat and enjoy a spectacular mountain view. It also has a bedroom with a double bed and another bedroom with a 2-bed (bunk bed). The house has all the amenities for a comfortable stay. The bathroom is equipped with a comfortable shower cubicle. Nearby we also manage the properties 6855104 Incantu, 6579235 La Stellaria, 10050793 Ferula. They are all surrounded by greenery and with a splendid panorama.
The house is air conditioned, equipped with TV, microwave, toaster, various kitchen accessories, bed linen and towels, bath products. The house is immersed in a still intact and wild landscape. The surrounding landscape offers an enchanting scenery, considered among the most fascinating in Sardinia and a destination of great attraction for unforgettable excursions. A few km away is Seulo, a small picturesque, rich village
of springs, waterfalls, woods, natural pools, a mountain landscape of extraordinary beauty. It is impossible to give up an excursion along the route of the river to Sa Stiddiosa.
The Su Stampu 'and Su Turrunu waterfall, a natural monument inside a cave immersed in the thick green of the forest, is enchanting and unique.
Many other naturalistic beauties characterize this enchanting place. Natural archaeological monuments such as the Domus de Janas caves and nuraghi arouse great attraction. In the village, festivals and village festivals are organized, also extended to neighboring countries, which allow guests to appreciate the value of local traditions and food and wine proposals.

We had a great time in this fantastic apartment, there is a small garden with green grass and a terrace with table, chairs and sun-bench where we enjoyed the expansive views of the valley and distant mountains (and at night there was the spectacular stars of the night sky). At the entrance to the property there is the start of nice walk to the nearby town of Selu crossing the valley and passing the old roman bridge at the bottom and several farms and up to the town which has several alimentari stores for supplies and is a good place for coffee and watching the lively street life. We also had the good luck to observe the Santi Cosma e Damiano procession while we were there. Many thanks to Virginia for her kind assistance and patience especially when we arrived late having underestimated the time it takes to drive through the winding but beautiful roads of the Gennargentu countryside and her advice on things to see in the area. Kitchen and bathroom are good and well equipped. We cooked every evening except when we went one night to the nearby Agriturismo Ticci. We had a great time here and would recommend it to to everyone. Only regret would be that we would have like to stay longer.

It has been a wonderful experience in a special place sorrounded by wild nature. Perfect solution for those who are looking to spend some fully relaxing days or for those who are aiming to experience wonderful trekking through mountain paths. The view from each windows is really amazing. Rooms are well and newly furnished.
The house owner has been really kind and totally available even if contacts has been through e-mail conversation.
