The country (Stintino) is approximately 1 km far and it is accessible by public transport. We went with our 3 year old boy. We were met at a petrol station nearby and shown where the apartment was. The owner and his son explained everything, there was water there for us and the beds made. They offered to show us where the beaches were and were on the phone whenever we needed them. The apartment had everything that we needed, good kitchen , lots of beding, TV, washing machine. The outside space was great, shaded areas and sunny areas, safe for kids. Our son loved playing outside, lots of places to hide and jump around. The area was nice, but we drove everywhere. It is 5 mins from the town which has lots of places to eat (great pizza take away and cafe on main street of town....cheap!)and 5 mins from the beach(expensive snack stall, take as much as you can with you).You can get a bus to the beach to save on parking money. The only slight negative is, is that you have to walk through the kids bedroom to get to the double. This was ok for us, we just put our boy in the adults room and we slept in the bunkbeds.If you were staying for 2 weeks with a child this may become a problem, but for a week or short break it worked ok. On the whole for the price and facilities, i would recommend the apartment. We will stay there again next year when we take a long weekend in Sardinia!

The apartment is well equipped, clean and well situated. We have spent a very nice week in May in the apartment, the place was very quiet, not crowded yet. La Pelosa is beautiful and close to the apartment, Stinitino as well but car is recommended.

Siamo stati due settimane con i nostri bimbi di 1,5 e 5 anni. Siamo stati molto bene, l'appartamento molto curato con tutto il necessario, anche in cucina. Spazi ben sfruttati. Molto bella la veranda con il tavolo per mangiare fuori. Location molto tranquilla, a pochi minuti in macchina dalle spiaggie. Proprietario molto disponibile.

Casa rispondente alle aspettative adeguata per 2 persone con bimbi piccoli in una zona tranquilla nel verde e con parcheggio auto . Spiaggie pelosa ,saline etc raggiungibili in bici tramite via ciclabile o con i mezzi pubblici andando a piedi fino alla fermata sulla statale proprietario cordiale e disponibile.

PRO -la villetta è molto ben tenuta e pulita. -si trova a 10min a piedi da cala lupo e punta negra entrambe piccole e rocciose -si trova sempre parcheggio -a pochissimi min in auto da stintino citta' -vicinissima alla spiaggia della pelosa ( affollatissima, 200% delle persone ) -il proprietario disponibile a risolvere qls problema -la lavatrice è a mezzo carico ma sufficiente per gestire una vacanza CONTRO: -il barbecue è difficile da utilizzare, le pietre che sono li per reggere la graticola sono irregolari -appena ho tentato di accendere il carbone sono stato assalito dalle zanzare

Un' oasi di tranquillità!

Abbiamo soggiornato una settimana (2 persone) in questa cassettina molto graziosa e con tutti i comfort necessari. Ogni mattina ci svegliamo e facevamo colazione sulla verandina con vista mare dal vialetto e giardino. Nonostante sia settembre il villaggio dove è situata la casa era ancora ben popolato ma nonostante le numerose auto nel parcheggio non si sentivano rumori dalle case circostanti,una vera oasi di pace e tranquillità!! Vicinissimo alla famosa spiaggia la Pelosa e al paesino di Stintino, piccolo ma con tutti i servizi necessari, noi ci siamo sempre mossi in auto ma si poteva tranquillamente anche raggiungere il paese e le spiagge a piedi. Punto strategico anche per raggiungere località come Alghero e l'Argentina oltre a essere circondata da spiagge bellissime e famose come, appunto, la Pelosa, la Pelosetta, Le saline, Ezzi Mannu ecc... Il padrone di casa è gentilissimo e super disponibile, appena arrivati abbiamo avuto un problema col Phone non funzionante e ce ne ha portato subito uno in sostituzione. Bellissima la vista e anche la casetta, punto forte la doccia super moderna nel bagno!!! Avevamo letto anche di avvistamenti di cinghiali e.... l'ultima sera ne abbiamo visti 4 nel parcheggio verso la mezzanotte! Tutto tranquillo sono scappati appena abbiamo avvicinato la macchina. Lo consiglio per famiglie e coppie che vogliono vivere una vacanza in tranquillità e visitare le spiagge.

La maison est dans un petit lotissement principalement composé de logements de tourisme, récent, propre et agréable. La vue sur la mer est depuis le chemin d'accès à la maison, la terrasse n'offre pas de vue particulière. La maison en elle même n'est pas bien grande mais propose tout le confort nécessaire, cuisine équipée, lave linge, et tout le nécessaire est là (sauf le linge de maison qui n'est pas fourni). Un bémol tout de même : il fait chaud à l'intérieur, malgré des volets et fenêtres fermées toute la journée, le ventilateur est nécessaire pour créer une sensation de fraîcheur... attention en cas de forte chaleur. Stintino est accessible en quelques minutes en voiture, tout comme la plage de la pelosa. La seule plage accessible à pieds est une petite crique, agréable mais un peu limitée, mais ce n'est pas grave, il y a plein de superbes plages à proximité ! Notre hôte est sympathique et cordial.

L’appartamento è in ottima posizione, a piedi in mezz’ora si raggiunge la famosa spiaggia la pelosa. La sera è bellissimo cenare fuori facendo una grigliata. Abbiamo avuto la fortuna di veder passare una famiglia di cinghiali sul vialetto. Stupendo!

La maison est petite mais très agréable. Début juillet le lotissement n'est pas encore trop surpeuplé mais peut-être en est-il autrement un peu plus tard dans la saison… La maison est bien agencée et bien équipée. Il manque le wifi pour les voyageurs étrangers… Notre hôte ne parlait pas le français mais nous avons pu nous comprendre et il a été très accueillant. Il faut en revanche savoir que la magnifique plage de La Pelosa est quasiment inaccessible tant il y a de monde… ce qui est très dommage. Le parking est difficile et cher, la plage (non fumeur et avec des sets de plage obligatoires !) est bondée à tel point qu'il est terriblement difficile d'y poser sa serviette. En revanche, le village de Stintino est charmant...

La descrizione rispecchia fedelmente la casa, che si presenta pulita e ordinata. Il proprietario è molto gentile e disponibile, la casa si trova in un complesso di villette che comprende anche zone comuni quali campi da tennis e parco per bambini oltre che un accesso al mare. La casa gode di un dehor con giardino e barbecue. Ottima la posizione ,a due minuti da Stintino e 5 dalla spiaggia La Pelosa. Abbiamo soggiornato in 3 persone con un bambino piccolo e abbiamo trovato la permanenza davvero piacevole, se tornassimo nei paraggi sapremo di certo a chi rivolgerci per soggiornare nuovamente!

Con mia moglie abbiamo soggiornato in questa casa le prime due settimane di giugno. L' avevamo scelta anche perché letto le precedenti recensioni ci ispirava soprattutto la tranquillità della zona... Confermiamo tutto. Un oasi di pace, casa accogliente tenuta molto bene, con tutto il necessario e arredamenti praticamente nuovi. Proprietari gentilissimi e disponibili se si ha bisogno. Grazie al signor Antonio e il figlio Alessandro che abbiamo conosciuto. Raccomandiamo a chi cerca un soggiorno nella tranquillità ma nelle vicinanze delle spiagge.

La maison est idéalement située, à deux pas de la mer, au milieu de la verdure, au sein d'un groupe de maisons, très calme à cette période de l'année (vacances de pâques). Elle est propre, confortable et parfaitement équipée. Antonio, le propriétaire ne parle pas français, et nous ne parlons pas italien, ce qui n'a pas empêché un accueil très chaleureux ! Coup de cœur également pour Stintino, petit village charmant avec ses deux ports ! C'est une belle adresse à retenir et à partager !

Abbiamo soggiornato in questo appartamento la prima settimana di settembre. Siamo stati accolti dal signor Antonio che è stato subito gentile e disponibile, ci ha accompagnati all'appartamento, che ci è piaciuto immediatamente. L'appartamento è molto pulito e con tutti i confort, si trova in una zona residenziale molto tranquilla e vicina a molte delle splendide spiagge della zona. Per noi è stata la prima vacanza in sardegna ed è stata davvero indimenticabile. Se cercate relax e pace vi consiglio vivamente questo appartamento. :D

Abbiamo scelto questa casa perchè nella descrizione sembrava l'ideale per noi e la nostra bimba; e così è stato! Immersa nel verde con un panorama mozzafiato, uno spazio esterno per godersi il fresco e lasciare libera la bimba. Il barbecue l'abbiamo usato tantissimo e all'interno abbiamo trovato pulizia e tutto ogni confort. E' stata molto di più di quello che ci aspettavamo. Tonino sempre disponibile e premuroso, si dà sempre da fare affinchè tutto proceda al meglio. Se dovessimo tornare in zona, sicuramente soggiorneremo di nuovo qui.

Un posto fantastico, un piccolo angolo di completo relax e privacy, in mezzo alla natura, ma vicino a tutti i servizi. Il padrone di casa è veramente gentile e disponibile. Noi siamo stati con la nostra bambina di 16 mesi che ha letteralmente adorato lo spazio esterno alla casa. La spiaggia più vicina è raggiungibile anche a piedi, piccola ma splendida, con sabbia e adatta anche ai piccolissimi perché riparata in caso di vento. Volendo anche il centro di Stintino è raggiungibile a piedi, c'è il passaggio pedonale.
