Comfortable villa close to the beach, Trogir, Split,, swimming pool

This villa is situated in Kastel Luksic, famous for pebble beaches, gardens with Mediterranean vegetation, 2 castles and a lot of churches dating as early as 12th century.
The villa is surrounded with 2000 m2 garden with olive and orange trees closed with high green hedge. The whole house has 220 m2, a front first floor terrace of 50 m2, a south side balcony of 30 m2 and east side balcony of 20 m2. At the ground floor there are: spacious and sunny kitchen, 40 m2 living/dining room with air-condition and exit to the terrace, one king size bedroom, bathroom (shower, sink, toilet), a beautiful hall with a full size mirror and the stairs to the second floor. On the second floor there are: 4 bedrooms ( 3 of them with a king size beds, night tables with lamps, air-condition, chest of drawers, mirrors and closets,the 4th bedroom can be used as a bureau), one bathroom (shower, sink, toilet), sunny hall with exit to the east balcony.
Back of the house there is a barbecue and parking for 3 cars.


TRANSPORT: International Airport of Split in Kastela is only 4 km from the villa.
During a season (June to October) there are numerous low cost companies flying to the Split Airport; German Wings, Easy Jet, Norwegian Air Shuttle, Scand Jet, Flynordic, Sky Europe...
It is also easy to come by a car, the A1 Motorway (called Europe's most beautiful highway) takes you almost directly to Kastela (exit Prgomet 12 km).
There is a local bus service Split-Solin-Kastela-airport-Trogir every 15 min. A bus ride from the house to Split takes about 30 min, to Trogir 15 min. In Split and Trogir you find direct lines to major Dalmatian cities, some of them very easy to visit for a day, like Sibenik and Zadar. In Split you find a ferry that can take you to some of Dalmatian islands that is possible to visit in a day, like Brac, Solta ( 1 hour by ferry).
