Amazing view

Staff was very helpfull and awesome. Place was so clean.

Kitcen stove was broken, but we had new apartment, so everything went well.

Nothing really was disappointed

Traveled there with my car from UK booked the appointment for 4 days, I have 5yrs old twins, the first day they where all bitten by mosquitoes, that night I sprayed the hole appointment, the second day was the same, so I left the hole appointment on 2nd day

The apartments are located in a beautiful location on a hill with impressive sea view. The facility is nicely decorated in a quiet part of the town with about 6 minutes walk to the nearest beach. The apartment had two beautiful terraces equipped with facilities for sitting and socializing, and inside the apartment was available a washing machine, microwave, refrigerator, air conditioning and LCD TV.

During our stay we did not meet the hosts but only a very kind lady who greeted us and handed over the keys, for other information a gentleman was available at the phone number. When comparing the apartments with those in the pictures, differences in the quality of content were found between apartments of the same price range. Our apartment was the only one equipped with a poorer, old kitchen, no oven and hood, the bathroom had a broken shower and water was leaking onto the bathroom floors and there were no content as in the pictures (shower mats). Modular sofas for sitting on the terraces were not as in the pictures, there were no pillows on the chairs and sun loungers as in the pictures. In the bedroom we were greeted by a torn wardrobe (one sliding door was missing). Comparing our apartment with the others, we realized that we got poorer quality than expected, and as a Google guide, I saw various accommodations and I can say that I was quite disappointed here. Guests who were not from Croatia stayed in apartments with better equipment.

We would have liked bathmat in the bathroom, a plug or washing up bowl, s full length mirror, a bottle opener. The bedding was poor quality and only one bed was made up. Rubbish pillows, no spare ones either.

Don't do the same mistake as I did! Check the real photos below and read the comments (not only good ones). Think twice if you want to put your vacation at risk.

Check the real photos below - these pictures are of the room A2 on the first floor. Pictures at the Apartment Imperium page include some other photos with good-looking kitchen and bathroom but I believe it is done intentionally to mislead the clients. Air-conditioning: it is installed in the kitchen where a sofa is also placed. If you want to have some fresh air in the sleeping rooms, you will have to switch the air-conditioning on a freezing mode. So you have to decide whether you want to risk the one who sleeps on the sofa to get pneumonia or others in the sleeping rooms will sweat to death during the night. Air-conditioning system is obsolete and noisy. Cleanness: just check the nice picture of the mold behind the boiler in the bathroom. From my point of view, cleanness is something else. Bedclothes: The owner promised me "to change bedclothes 2-3 times during our 11-nights stay". I had to remind him about this promise after a week and... he brought the towels and nothing else (!!). Finally, after another complaint, we got only one change of pillowcases and duvet covers for 2 beds out of 3, but no new bed covers. Wi-Fi: it simply doesn't work from time to time, mostly in the second part of the day. It could take up to 30 minutes waiting period before it pops up again for an uncertain period of time. Parking: I was told by the owner that I can park my car on the opposite side of the street. However, it seems he forgot to inform the neighbor so I got a message that I am not allowed to park my car there. Luckily it was on the very last day of my stay. Hospitality: In general, the owner is very unprofessional. He gave me his bank details on arrival so I could make a transfer to his bank account and I did it the same day. But it took the banks two days to transfer the money and he threatened me for a while since he couldn't see the money on his bank account.

Super netter Host! Die Dame die das Apartment verwaltet war immer da und stets ansprechbar! Sie war super nett und hat uns auch noch ein frisches Handtuch gegeben, als unseres durch den Regen nass geworden ist auf dem Balkon.

Die Matratze war etwas weich, aber nicht schlimm. Die Unterkunft war schon 10 Minuten vom Strand entfernt, was etwas anstrengend war, da man auf dem Rückweg einen steilen Berg hoch muss. Aber für junge Menschen total okay.

Dobrze wyposażony apartament z klimatyzacja, przyjazna obsługa, basen na wyłączność oraz świwtna lokalizacja blisko morza.

Lokacija, pogled sa terase, udaljenost od plaže, dosta sadržaja u blizini, parking...

Nema TV programa na hrvatskom jeziku ( ipak je apartman u Hrvatskoj pa bi valjda jedna antena riješila problem, ili noviji TV sa DVB t2 prijamnikom i sobnom antenom ). U samom apartmanu fali dosta opreme ( većinom starija od 10 godina ) koju očekujete s obzirom za cijenu ( npr. perilica posuđa ) pa je posuđe bilo napola prljavo. Samo jedan veći nož ( poprilično tup ), na terasi nema nikakvih jastuka za sjedenje, bazen prekrasan, ali s krive strane kuće pa je stalno hladna voda i slabo iskoristiv, još podosta "sitnica za turiste" nedostaje....zaključak. Potencijal postoji za puno bolje, ali vidljivo fali truda ili volje vlasnika da se posveti ovom nimalo lakom poslu.

Tiszta szállás, jól felszerelt, belső parkolóhely,kedves házigazda,kilátás a tengerre,jó az elhelyezkedés, strand és a központ rövid sétára.

Basen był bardzo dobrym udogodnieniem a osoba zajmująca się obiektem pomocna i bardzo miłą.

Nydelig sted med god plass til en familie på 5. herlig basseng og uteområde. Vertinnen på stedet, Kati, gjorde oppholdet vårt til en drøm. Hun sørget for at det alltid var ryddig og pent og var veldig hyggelig fra vi kom til vi dro.

Vi var väldigt nöjda med vistelsen. Poolen var fin, rummet var välstädat med AC. Personalen som tog emot var väldigt fin och trevlig men tyvärr kunde hon inte engelska men vi förstod varann ändå med blandad eng och tyska. Lägenheten låg 5 min från stranden och alla affärer och restauranger. Möjlighet att hyra moppe vid stranden om man ville fanns. Inte många som kan engelska och personalen på konzum var inte så glada av sig. Man fick nästan be om ursäkt att man handlade där 😆 Nära till flygplatsen, bara 15 min och 10 min till old town som var väldigt vacker. Vi tog Uber, det var värt. Särskilt när man ska åka från flygplatsen. Vanlig taxi ville ta 50 euro med Uber bilen bara 18 euro.

Det hade varit bra med några extra krokar i badrummet annars var vi nöjda.

Ruhig gelegen, mit Block aufs Meer. Kleines Studio, völlig ausreichend für 2 und vier Tage. Kleine Terrasse zum Verweilen und der Pool zum Abkühlen.

Gyönyörű tiszta és kényelmes

Opiekunka obiektu Kati bardzo miła i pomocna. Ładne widoki na zatokę. Basen z leżakami na posesji daje wiele. Pokoje wyposażone w płyty grzewcze, piekarniki, lodówki, naczynia. Wszystko tak jak trzeba.

La disposition des chambre en enfilade. La machine à café à dosette peut commune donc compliqué à trouvé des dosettes dans le commerce.
