Hard to see lock due to the lack of lighting in hallway (upper landing light out)

The location was excellent (just steps from the beach). There were umbrellas, beach chairs and kids toys available to use at the beach.
Some of the beach chairs were broken and unusable and need to be replaced. The futon in the living room has a broken leg that needs to be repaired.

Location. If you don't get any problems you will be fine
I found a cockroach first thing when I walked into the room. The apartment really needs a lot maintenance and the ac unit outside needs cleaning it's in terrible shape.
The street when the apartment was was unfortunately closed. They told us to park on a neighboring street and to not pay and to forward them any ticket we get. We got a few tickets that we forwarded to them but they never responded... I appeal the tickets and forward their info in the tickets. As of writing this message they still didn't answer any of my messages... Like in other reviews mentioned the host is zero responsive after the first day..
