Semi-detached house with wonderful view to the bay of Roses:
Nice terraced house of three floors in a residence with communal swimming pool (open all year) 700m from one of the most beautiful and recognized beaches of Roses (Cala de Canyelles Petites) and 2.000m from the center of Roses, with capacity for 2/6 people.
The house is distributed in:
- Access floor.
* 1 bedroom with double bed (150 cm) with air conditioning and sea view.
* Bathroom with bathtub and bidet
* Private parking for 1/2 cars (according to type of vehicle)
- Intermediate floor.
* Room with bunk bed
* Room with 2 beds of 1 place (can not move)
* 8m2 terrace overlooking the sea
* Bathroom with bathtub and bidet
* Laundry with washing machine
- Ground floor.
* Dining room with TV (Spanish channels and TNT SAT for French channels) and air conditioning
* Fully equipped kitchenette (washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, electric coffee maker, toaster, oven, vacuum cleaner ...)
* Magnificent south facing terrace with stunning views of the bay of Roses and the sea (180 °) with barbecue
Located 10 minutes on foot from Canyelles Beach (natural sandy beach with 3 beach restaurants, a supermarket and bakery open seasonally).
Located 20-30 minutes walking from the center of Roses, where you will find a variety of shops, shops and its great sandy beach.
Roses is an active city throughout the year. It offers activities and attractions that are very varied and interesting for all types of travelers. Drive a kart, enjoy a day at the water park, play mini-golf, boat trips to Cap de Creus or Cadaqués, the tourist train to take a walk, visit the Salvador Dalí Museum in Figueres, an immersion in the Medes Islands reservation Natural, animations in summer, walk along the promenade with many restaurants and their local specialities. We hebben twee hele fijne weken gehad, het is een mooi huis! Eigenlijk beter dan we hadden verwacht. Wij hadden het 3e huis en het zwembad is naast huis 1 dus ideaal.

Tanto mi familia como yo hemos estado de lujo. Es un lugar muy tranquilo y cómodo, tanto para ir en familia como en pareja. La casa ideal y la piscina de tranquila que era parecía de nuestra propiedad , ahí lo dejo!!
Nos ha dado mucha pena tener que marchar.
Lo recomiendo a cualquiera que quiera pasar y disfrutar de una vacaciones excelentes!!
