* Fully equipped American kitchen with fridge, freezer, dishwasher, oven, Dolce Gusto coffee machine, microwave, toaster, kettle...)
* Dining room with sofa, TV with French and Spanish channels. Wi-Fi.
* Covered balcony with sea views.
* Private parking space in front of the building
* Access to the community pool (June to October) which is located right above the sea.
Located just a step away from Canyelles beach (natural beach with fine sand with 3 beach restaurants, a supermarket and bakery open according to season).
Located 30-35 minutes walk from the center of Roses, where you will find a variety of shops, shops and its large sandy beach.
Roses is an active city all year round. It offers varied and interesting activities and attractions for all types of travellers. Driving a Kart, enjoy a day at the Water Park, play minigolf, boat trips to Cabo de Creus or Cadaqués, the Tourist Train for a walk, visit the Salvador Dalí Museum in Figueres, an immersion in the Medes Islands nature reserve, animations in summer, walk along the promenade with many restaurants and their local specialties. Great apartment, close to the beach and to the center, there is L2 public bus to center 50m close, drives every hours. The amenities were clean, all necessary stuff available. 2 rooms with big beds and living room with sofa, terrace with great sea view, free fast wifi. Good free private parking close to the ap. Private pool with great sea view and walking route. We were 4 people. The host is very attentive and supportive, so we even prolonged our stay.
