Une vue plongeante extraordinaire, avec la possibilité de déjeuner et diner sur une magnifique terrasse face à la mer. L'appartement est spacieux, agréable à vivre, cuisine équipée avec l'essentiel. Il est fonctionnel.
Les capanes lits sont un peu anciens et pas très confortables quand on est 6. L'appartement est situé en hauteur, pas facile d'accès (montées successives et virages a angles droits dans la propriété), Difficile de se balader à pied: la voiture est indispensable pour tout déplacement et aller a la plage. Trouver une place de stationnement à la plage de Rosas, nécessite beaucoup de patience (parfois 1heure d'attente à tourner)
