This charming apartment for 4 people is located in the beautiful area between Canyelles and Roses. It has a balcony with wonderful sea views, ideal for relaxing and enjoying the scenery. In addition, you can take advantage of a fantastic communal swimming pool. It is just a 5-minute walk from Canyelles Petites beach and a 5-minute drive from the centre of Roses, where you will find all kinds of shops and restaurants.

COMMUNICATION BY WS: It is essential to have ws, as it is our main means of contact. Through this application we will send you the link to complete the online check-in.
ONLINE CHECK-IN: This process is quick and easy. It consists of: Filling in the details of all the occupants, paying the remaining balance (pets, tourist tax, etc.) and signing the digital contract.
By checking in online, you authorize our agency to charge the amount as a deposit by credit card in the event of misuse of the accommodation. This charge will always be made on the invoice for the damages caused.
ADDITIONAL COSTS: Tourist tax: 1.93 per person per night. Animals: 25 per animal for the entire stay.
CHECK-IN TIME: from 3:00PM to 7:00PM.
CHECK-OUT TIME: until 10:00AM.
VIRTUAL KEYS: Our apartments have an automatic opening and closing system via a link or PIN code. The virtual keys will be sent at 8:00 a.m. on the day of your reservation, provided that the online check-in has been completed.
INTERNET AND MOBILE DATA: It is very important that you have an internet connection upon arrival and that data roaming is activated if you are arriving from abroad, as the electronic system is activated through a link you will receive via WhatsApp.
