This eco-friendly villa in Villa Pedergnano offers a serene Franciacorta escape for five guests, blending rustic charm with modern sustainability. With solar panels, a heat pump system, and EV charging, it's ideal for conscious travelers. The villa features three bedrooms, two bathrooms (one with a tub), a cozy fireplace, and a fully equipped kitchen with espresso machine and dishwasher. Outside, enjoy a private garden, bubble bath, solarium, and barbecue for alfresco evenings under the stars. Just 10 km away, Lake Iseo invites kayaking, boat tours, and lakeside strolls, while the town of Iseo charms with its promenade and markets. Wine lovers can tour nearby Berlucchi and Ca' del Bosco wineries, both under 5 km. Day trips to Bergamo, Lake Garda, and Milan are easily accessible via the Rovato motorway (2 km).
