Newly restored Farmhouse located in the heart of the Vendicari Natural Reserve.
The property is composed by two separate and independent units, House and Guesthouse, each with one bedroom, living room with sofa-bed, kitchen and bathroom.
Prominently located inside the reserve, surrounded by olive and almond trees, the house offers majestic views of the lagoon and unmatched possibilities to watch thousands of migrating birds on their way to Africa. Flamingos, herons, storks and cormorants are regular guests.
The space
The house is organized in three levels. The kitchen, the bathroom with a very large shower and an external patio are located in the ground floor. A spacious living room and the bedroom, with en-suite bathroom, are located in the first floor. The living room provides access to a large terrace, facing the lagoon and the sea. The same view is visible from the bedroom. From the terrace, a staircase leads to the roof terrace, where is it possible to enjoy a 360 view over the area.
The Guesthouse is on a single level and is composed by the bedroom, the living room, a fully equipped kitchen and large bathroom.
The two units share a large garden area, surrounded by cultivated fields, vineyards, almond and olive trees. There is an external shower.

There is a short unpaved rural road leading to the house.

Très bien situé dans la réserve de Vendicari, au milieu des amandiers. Vue magnifique sur l'étang et la mer. Belles plages à proximité. Le gîte est simple et agréable. Il pourrait y avoir des rangements supplémentaires pour la vaisselle et dans la salle de bain où il n'y en a aucun. A l'étage il ne s'agit pas d'une salle de bain mais d'un WC avec un lavabo séparé de la chambre par un paravent. L’accueil par Laura et Gianluca a été très sympathique et réactif.
