Suitable for more families or groups of friends who want to spend their holidays together at just over 20/30 meters from a splendid sandy beach, I propose this villa of 130 square meters obtained from a single structure of 250 square meters from which we have obtained two villas suitably separated but which can be made communicable

You will also find a typical barbecue where you can prepare your barbecues
Despite having been obtained from a single structure from which we have obtained a second villa, this accommodation is well spaced from the other villa with separate entrances and gardens so privacy is ensured

The large plot of land on which the property is located as well as bordering the fantastic sandy beach and this is a great convenience without having to resort to a means of transport, is nestled on 10,000 square meters of well-kept garden with plants and lawn and two hectares of organic lemon grove that we transport all over the world.
