Punta del Cane

Questa struttura è una casa graziosissima, poco distante dal centro di Fontane Bianche, ma allo stesso tempo isolata dal traffico. è immersa nel verde e da pochi minuti a piedi si raggiungono ben due spiagge, di cui una riservatissima. Dall'ampia cucina si vede praticamente il mare e davanti casa c'è una graziosa area per poter cenare all'aperto, se pur al riparo. la distanza dalle case vicine e la presenza di molti alberi, fanno sentire tranquillità e mitigano le temperature. Tutto fatto con pietra bianca del territorio e con una carinissima doccia esterna, oltre che un barbecue e giochi per i bimbi. Location ideale sia per una fuga romantica che per stare in famiglie numerose, o chiassose come la nostra. E in auto in poco tempo puoi raggiungere Avola, Noto, Ortigia, ect. Barbara è stata gentile sia nelle fase di arrivo che di partenza, oltre che illustrarci le bellezze del territorio

Privacy in the middle of lime orchard. Spacious, natural access to the sea.

Few details in kitchen would need maintenance.

Microlocation and building are exceptional, its in the middle of nature, absolute silence. Building has everything one could need (OK, no bottle opener :) ), even shower to be used after swimming. You can reach Fontane Bianche beach (cca 200 m). Public part is very small and crowded. There is cafe and restoran. Other posibility is unofficial rocky beach on eastern point of Punta del Cane, I liked this more (cca 200 m). Owner gave us ticket for nearby Marchesa beach (cca 3 km?) which is very nice and should be visited. Owner (Loredana?) lives nearby, but doesn't speak english, but there was Geneve (sorry for misspelling) to stand-in.

Location on booking.com is wrong (at time of writing this). Real location is cca 150 m southern, it's building you can see on satelite photo in middle of field. And also, you reach it from totaly oposite location, you have to leave main road near Valle di mare resort. I found this mistake before, combining several sources, so it was not negative surprize for me. There is nothing around, Fontane Bianche is really not turist developed village, except beach. Closest shop (infact bunch of it) is in Avola, 8 km away.
