Overall the apartment is new and well equipped, the location is not so far from the center

I got welcomed by 3 in silver fishes and 1 spider on the sofa, bathroom and living room floor. And I asked for 30 minutes late checkout, instead 10 , I wanted 10:30 and I've been asked to pay for it!! All the hotels I have visited the checking out is 11 or 12 and little bit late no problems, we didn't need the extra 30 minutes and didn't pay but was just hilarious . In place like this around this price the insects should be well controlled and the checking out it should be leaner, if you want good reviews you'll not get it by let the costumer pay for each every minute . And I booked for two adults, putting 1 normal size pillow and another small one in the wardrobe which is not possible to sleep on is absolutely not acceptable

Nice apartment

Very nice apartment, the kitchen was well kitted out and there was an option to wash your clothes and even an iron and drying rack in the apartment. There was more than enough space for 2 people. It was walking distance from 2 supermarkets, a normal and some restaurants. The location is perfect if you want to drive through all of north Jutland, but the bus also stops close by.

There are a lot of moths and spiders in the area in the summer, the window could have really used a mosquito net, since it was too warm to keep it closed. We could also have used some oven mittens and maybe a measuring cup, but that's nitpicking (:

Great stay in a really top grade apartment

Fantastic, stylish & very well equipped apartment. Absolutely spotlessly clean. Comfortable beds.

Our upstairs apartment was very warm while we were staying because of warm weather & the buildings very efficient insulation. But the very helpful manager brought us a fan when we asked.

The apartements are brand new, clean and modern. You have everything you need for a few day's stay. The staff was very nice and helpful.

Convenient, comfortable and modern.

Quiet, comfortable, modern and convenient

The pillows and blanket had an awful smell but when we mentioned this, we were given clean ones. I appreciate that the shower curtain appeared new and therefore no mold. There is no air conditioning but we brought our own fan so we were relatively comfortable.

A pleasant stay and we will return

Nice and clean and almost everything was in very good conditions. You have everything available and don\t need to bring something with you, except you have very special needs. Transport to Aalborg by bus just outside the door of the apartment every 30 minutes so you didn’t need to find expensive parking areas in town if need to go there,

Compared to the other apartments at Tornhøjvej there was a lot of traffic noice during morning and afternoon. And this is not regarding the property it self, but we had a gardener working just outside our apartment for all most three hours, using a lot of noisy machines and this was during afternoon and until after dinner time, so we couldn’t have or dinner outside this day and had to close doors and windows, and even then it was noisy. The apartment we had was VERY warm for some reason.

A Very Nice Apartment!

I recommend a stay at Aalborg Hotel Apartment! I got a very nice and cosy apartment, with a wonderful view. A well-planned lay out inside, for the equipment. Near a supermarket and a bus-stop. Very nice staff, ready to help!

Superb

I loved the contactless check in / check out system. The apartment was nice, clean, and generally well-equiped. The TV was big and could be repositioned easily. The table was larger than I expected from the pictures, which was nice.

The bathroom door had some trouble closing properly. Sometimes cigarette smoke came out through the window - perhaps the smoking policy of the building can be revised or better implemented.

Nice and modern place to serve as a hub to explore area

The two bedroom appartment was modern, and clean. More than enough space to fit a family of four. Two supermarkets are in walking distance. Enough parking outside. Good hub to explore area e.g. to drive to Skagen.

The location is a bit further away from the city centre and walls inside the appartment are kind of “thin”.

Would be nice to have a fan available for the hot days. Opening the balcony door and windows didn't help much.

Definitely a place we’ll come back again

It was a great stay. Very comfortable, clean and quiet. The room was big enough for both of us to work for a few days. You get a full equipped kitchen plus fridge, so you can cook anything you want thus you can stay here for a longer period(laundry available as well). Parking is free, area is all right, shops are 5 min walking distance. worth mentioning the price, which was way lower than the rest of the city. Quality-price is amazing! The team is very responsive and helpful.

There is nothing I would mention here. Of course it is not in the city center, but this is something that you assume and as long as you got a car there is no problem at all(5-10 min drive to the city center) + bus which we didn’t use.

Neat, conveniant , sensible price. 2nd time we've used this. Will use this again.. but...

Toilet was not properly cleaned. Slight smell of urine for a day... Unable to turn down the room heating. It was returning to 22 degrees despite setting it to 18 and then in desperation 6 degrees to no effect. . Eventually slept with the window wide open.
