A localização muito boa, apartamento bastante agradável e limpo, áreas muito boas, vista para a cidade e para o castelo,
zona de estacionamento bastante fácil, normalmente com estacionamento (pago) á porta. Fotos correspondem á realidade, bastantes janelas para a luz natural. Não vi nenhum responsável, mas sempre que necessitei de informação foram sempre muito simpáticos

Immeuble vieillissant, l’appartement semble avoir subit un dégât des eaux, parquets gonflés, très forte odeur de moisissure omniprésente même en aérant, surtout dans le dressing et la chambre très désagréable. La porte d’entrée qui s’ouvre seule si elle n’est pas fermée à clé, les poires de salle de bain en mauvais état, dont l’une des deux inutilisable, menuiseries simple vitrage qui condensent beaucoup dans la chambre, des insectes trouvés dans la chambre …
