O António foi sempre muito atencioso e prestável. A localização é também excelente.
Apesar do apartamento estar remodelado e bem decorado, o predio é muito antigo, bem como as janelas, comprometendo o conforto e isolamento térmico.

Well renovated and furnished apartment in a very dilapidated building - quite scary at first. The location was across the road from a school just outside old town. There is parking available but has to be unlocked. Antonio was a gem - take note of his recommendations, they were all great!
The neighbours were VERY noisy until 2 or 3 am and no lift to 3rd floor.

Firstly, I would say that I don’t normally place any reviews on Booking.com unless they are to say something really positive.
However, having stayed in many many hotels & apartments booked through Booking.com, there was an instant disconnect between the 9.3 rating & what we actually found when we stayed here! Yes, the location is convenient, as is the car parking, & the host was helpful. But that is where the positives end. Had I booked it knowing it to be around a 7 rating I probably wouldn’t have reviewed. But with 9.3, there is a certain level of expectation, & this apartment fell well short!
The exterior can only be described as grim. There are then 6 flights (of incredibly scruffy) steps up to the third floor. The apartment itself looks little like the photographs which portray a bright modern interior. The reality is that it’s very tired, dark, dingy, & quite unpleasant. No insulation, & ancient single-glazed windows meant that it was cold & uncomfortable. One night was quite enough to be staying here!
I don’t enjoy feeling compelled to write (what I feel to be a more accurate) review. However, there is no conceivable way that this deserves a 9.3 rating. If you understand that when booking then you will be less disappointed when you stay here, & accept it for what it is, & enjoy the decent location.
