La vue du balcon est incroyable, des pièces très spacieuses, l’emplacement est top, le nombre de salles de bains. Proximité de la boulangerie.
Les défaillances de l’ascenseur (4e étage). Cela ne concerne pas directement l’établissement mais période de travaux publics dans la rue toute la semaine, démarrage très tôt (7h…) pas facile pour les grasses matinées.

The property had 3 rooms with 3 bathrooms which accommodated our whole family and has a fantastic view. Since we travelled in the winter, it had heaters throughout the house and it was very easy to access to from the outside with ramps and elevator. We found the kitchen very outdated, but practically useful with all the utensils to cook or heat food up.
Check in key very awkward to find; overall, furniture was a little old and didn’t have modern appliances (like modern coffee machine). Chairs were heavy and made noise moving them around. A couple of things were off (like broken closet; terrace door from the living room not locking when closed; dust in the corners and floors). You must have a car to move yourself around.

The flat is more specious than looks in the pictures. Has all the equipment you need. Also has 3 bathrooms which is very convenient. Not very far from city center and all the landmarks.
Bakery underneath the flat. Small grocery shop as well. The landlord helped us a lot with earlier check in. Overall very satisfied with our stay here :)
