Oceanfront duplex west side with 4 Bedroom plus Den, 3 Bath Duplex on three living levels. Open & Covered Oceanfront Decks with deck furniture!
Ground Level: Den with Futon (Double). Washer/dryer. Extra refrigerator. Covered Parking. Enclosed hot & cold outside shower.
Middle Floor: Oceanfront Bedroom #1 with King, private bath & covered deck. Bedroom #2 with Queen. Bedroom #3 with 2 Twin Beds. Fish cleaning station with water.
Deck with furniture and walkway to the beach.
Top Floor: Living Room. Dining Area. Kitchen with dishwasher & microwave. Bedroom #4 with Queen with bath.
5 CCTV's ( All are Digital and HD), 5 DVD Players, 2 VCR's, stereo, CD player. Central air and heat. Washer/dryer. Beach Chairs. High-Speed Digital Wireless Internet (bring your own lap-top with wireless card!) Gas & Charcoal grills.

• Operating equipment
o Leave A/C on COOL and AUTO. DO NOT set temperature below 70 during summer!
o If you are adjusting the temperature, do not change it by more than 2 degrees per cycle (the time it takes to reach the 2-degree change).
o Refrigerator is to be left on NORMAL settings.
o Blinds need to be kept closed during the heat of the day.
o Doors and windows should be closed when outside temperature is above 72 degrees.
o Manuals for most equipment are available in binders in the kitchen.

? Trash = Monday & Friday = Green Bins
? Recycling = Wednesday = Blue bins
? Please put the appropriate bin at the street the night before or very early on the collection day.
BEFORE CHECKOUT
• BEDS must have comforters, mattress pads, and pillows back on them. Remove sheets and pillowcases and place them in the bags provided.
• ALL FURNITURE is to be put back in its original place.
• NO FOOD LEFT in refrigerator or throughout the house.
• ALL TRASH is to be taken to outside bins BEFORE checkout.
• ALL DISHES are to be washed AND put away
• Please remove all personal effects (check under beds) we cannot save items left behind
• NO SMOKING in any part of the house or the decks due to extreme fire danger
• NO PETS violation will lead to a penalty fee and/or eviction (please respect other residents with sever allergies
• LOCK ALL WINDOWS AND DOORS before checking out.
• If you complete these items, we will return your full $250 security deposit!

Emerald Isle offers Family fun for everyone....with bike and jogging trails that run parallel to Emerald Dr, miniature golf, go carts, water slide, great shopping in Emerald Plantation, movie theater, restaurants that include everything from pizza to burgers to Seafood. The Bogue Inlet Pier is a must see to find out what the "catch of the day" is. If you just need to relax, pull up a chair and enjoy the ocean waves while reading a good book. We've got you covered.

Emerald Isle also offers a Public Boat Ramp (no fees) located at Jean Preston Park about mid way the island. (near Chapel By the Sea). There is a play ground and public restroom located there as well. We have multiple kayak launch areas and parks within the city limits, including a Sound front park with dock located on Coast Guard Road and one on Cedar St. (great to go crabbing at) You may also enjoy Surf Fishing all along the 12 mile stretch of our beautiful island. We have a Fishing Gear store and several Convenient Stores that offer bait, hooks and other fishing items you will need. Don't forget you need a Fishing License to Surf Fish but can enjoy fishing from the Bogue Inlet Fishing Pier by purchasing a fishing pass for the day or week.

My elderly parents have been vacationing in Emerald Isle for the past 17 years. They both said that this was their best ever! We loved this property and everything about it. In fact, we've scheduled to come back...same time, same place, next year. Every need of the renter has been anticipated in advance. And, the office personnel were cheerful and helpful. We can't thank you enough! :) The Lamberts

The homes layout, space and furniture were just as expected and very comfortable. The beach and space on the beach are wonderful. The WiFi is always there, and the other TVs etc are perfect. The decks are enjoyable ( although a tropical storm came ashore and hit us with heavy rains over multiple days- nothing to do with the home!) Access to the beach was easy, convenient and private. We love to cook - unfortunately neither grill was serviceable ( the gas grill did not light and the Weber’s charcoal grill grate was rusted and unusable. The realtor did not help when asked. The baking pans are totally ruined. Not a single knife would cut an apple or cucumber. Worse, an electrician needs to check the home. We had circuits flip off on 3 different days. At one point, we could not operate one entire wall of the kitchen… the microwave, the coffeemaker and the toaster. Having had a house fire in our past, that finished our cooking breakfast in.the kitchen. It also takes over 15 minutes to brew a pot of coffee. Please replace it! It is also hopelessly stained and unappetizing. If you do not like nor plan to do much cooking/ you are fine. Otherwise, take your own equipment and pray that you do not have a fire.,
