About this cottage rental
Reconnect with family or friends in this oceanview vacation rental named "Morning Mist". With just a short walk down to the beach access, you'll have your toes in the sand, or fishing lines in the surf, in no time. The spacious screened porch is a perfect place to serve a meal, play a game with the kids or relax with your favorite beach read. The main living area is open and airy with vaulted ceilings and a front porch sliding door.
~1300 Sq Ft 4 bedroom 2 bathroom cozy beach cottage, space for reconnecting with loved ones, playing games, cooking a meal, or enjoying the back deck while grilling. This oceanside property is a very short 2-minute walk to the beach and .6 miles to the public boat ramp. And a short driving distance to grocery stores, pharmacies, and other activities (kayaking, boating, hiking trails). Situated in a semi-private neighborhood with very light traffic.

Home Amenities: Very large screened porch off of the back of the home with a dining table and additional seating for relaxing in the shade. Enclosed outside shower under the carport for rinsing off sandy feet, beach equipment, or just to cool off after an afternoon at the beach with the family. Gas grill just off of the screened porch, so you can cook family meals with an ocean view.
Outdoor Amenities: Guest storage closet under the carport with a full size refrigerator. 2 bikes. 4 beach chairs. 1 beach umbrella. 1 beach cart for carrying your beach items.
Kitchen: Well stocked, toaster oven, dishware, flatware, microwave, oven, dishwasher, blender, baking pans, coffee maker.
General: A/C & heating, Full-size washer and dryer just off the kitchen, WiFi, linens and towels, fresh duvet covers, and beds made before arrival. Starter pack of toiletries (1 roll of paper towels, 1 roll of toilet paper per bathroom, 2 trash bags, dishwasher soap and hand soap.
Parking: Onsite parking, enough for 5 cars. 2 cars under the carport and two just behind that. A small parking pad with rock at the end of the driveway could be used for boat trailer 32x11 space.

Very nice home in a wonderful location! The house was great ... very clean and organized. The back porch is wonderful. You can walk to the beach in about 2 minutes. Great spot.

The space was perfect for our families! It felt bigger than the picture looked. The covered porch gave lots of space to relax. The house was very clean, organized, and so close to the beach!

This was a great place to stay close to every thing and the walk to the beach was so convenient and very short . This house was equipped with everything. I will be booking again !!!!
