We had a perfect family stay at the villa. We found the villa very clean and comfortable and positioned in a great location to (further) discover the beautiful island. We cannot understand some of the negative reviews around the villa. The photos perfectly document the villa which yes, is mainly dark wood!! To ourselves, this represented a traditional villa. The main thing being the villa was clean, tidy and functional. There is no oven but we prepared many meals perfectly in the adequately equipped kitchen ….. and without the need of an oven!! The villa is a good size throughout and plenty of storage for clothes etc. The living area is comfortable but we spent no time in there due to the beautiful, very private outdoor space with the pool, and far reaching amazing views of the distant hills!The outdoor space is the jewel of this villa. Comfortably loungers with great parasols which created (as we found we needed at times), some perfect shade. The pool was lovely, clean and a great size. We bought some inflatables with us for the pool which added even more fun for dad and Eloise !! The villa sits at the end of a road and is in a very private location. A nearby property does have chickens roaming ..including a cockerel.. Perfect for an early morning alarm clock to get you up and in the pool for a pre-breakfast swim!Our final notes are saved for the perfect hosts. Vicente and his daughter Ana were amazing. A massive THANK YOU x Nothing to small and great recommendations.

Owner lovely and met us at a petrol station and took us to the villa. Spotlessly clean with good amenities but misses an oven which would make a huge difference. I think a bit more effort with the living room would also be good. It is a little dated and would benefit from some attention. A comfortable sofa would also hugely improve the villa. We didn't catch the best weather but that didn't put my daughter off using the pool. Pool was very clean and sizeable enough. Location may not be ideal for some, quite off the beaten track from the main road but close enough to enable a quick journey to San Antonio and a large supermarket was only 5 minutes drive. Overall a good stay and thank you.
