Eulària des Rius, outside the resort, in a quiet, sunny position, 3 km from the sea, in the countryside. Private: property 5 ha with trees, swimming pool angular (7 x 4 m, depth 120 - 190 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Jan. - 31.Dec.). Outdoor shower, pergola (14 m2), terrace (150 m2), garden furniture, barbecue. In the house: internet access, WiFi, air conditioning, washing machine. Bumpy motor access to the house (500 m via unmade road). Parking at the house on the premises. Grocery 2.5 km, restaurant 2.5 km, bus stop "Cala Llenya" 300 m, sandy beach 3 km. What a beautiful villa. The outside area is just like paradise. The villa is perfectly equipped, with all mod cons. The owners are a lovely couple. They checked in on us a couple of times to ask if everything was ok, but otherwise we were left to enjoy the tranquility of the beautiful area.

Hebben genoten wat deze woning te bieden had. Op het eerste zicht proper maar kan stukken beter. De badkamer mag vernieuwd worden.

La zona esterna della villetta è molto bella, zona piscina con barbecue coperto e terrazza solarium, tutto immerso in una splendida vegetazione. La parte interna ha un arredamento un pò datato anche se funzionale

Maison retirer de san carles de peralta dans un havre de paix ...le top Le propriétaire a été très gentil , le seul bemole les meubles sont vieux et la literie pas top .. La piscine bien , c'est surtout l'extérieur, l'atout de la maison
