Jolie maison de ville avec 2 espaces de vie. 3 chambres et 2 petits salons. Le jardin est bien sécurisé pour les enfants. Maison très bien équipée : vélos adulte et enfants en nombre, jeux de plage, plancha, barbecue ... Quartier très calme. À 5 min en vélo de la plage. Idéal pour des vacances en famille ou en entre amis.

Nous étions 2 familles avec adolescents la maison est sur 2 étages avec chacun son coin l emplacement est top on a pu tout faire en vélo les propriétaires adorables et la maison est typique du pays basques

On a passé un moment inoubliable à la villa Ametcha. La villa est super agréable à vivre, très lumineuse, confortable, très bien équipée (WIFI, Jeux, BD, Piano, Salon de jardin, ...) et tranquille à l'abri de la foule. Le jardin à l'abri des regards donne sur un sous bois (plein de gazouillis d'oiseaux, écureuils, ...), tranquillité assurée. Bref vacances reposantes et 100% réussies. La piste cyclable qui passe juste en bas de la location permet de tout faire à vélo. La plage d'Eyrac est à 5 mn en vélo et 10mn à pied. Le quartier est typique d'Arcachon avec de somptueuses villas tout autour. Emplacement idéal, proche de tout (plage, gare, commerces) mais loin de la foule (ce qui est appréciable à Arcachon). Location lumineuse, confortable et très bien équipée. A proximité de tout dans un quartier calme entouré de magnifiques villa d'époque. Superbes vacances, nous nous sommes bien détendus et sommes revenus "ressourcés" !
