Beachfront house located in Santa Margherita di Pula, with direct access to the Bernardini beach.
This chalet is located in Perla Marina . Residential area on the sea with exclusive access to the owners or residents of the homes . It is certainly the most beautiful and quiet around the coast of Pula, wide beach with white sand , clear sea that , given the location is not subject to the presence of algae. Location ideal for a family with children. The fellowship consists of seven parallel avenues that all go to the sea, with a single access from the SS 195 to 40,000 km closed by an electric gate . A short distance you will find the essential services such as markets , fishmonger, butcher , newsagent , bars, restaurants and pizzerias, reachable on foot through internal roads .

Directions to get there:
To reach the town of Santa Margherita di Pula you should get to Cagliari , plane or ferry , and then follow the SS 195 in the direction of Teulada. Reaching Pula proceed again for a few miles until you reach the fork in the road turning left leads to S. Margherita di Pula .
The resort is well positioned on the western side of the Gulf of Cagliari. The climate here is dry and sunny in the summer , and the orientation of the beach is conducive to families , and allows you to have the sea quite calm even during episodes of mistral , much appreciated by windsurfers and kitesurfers . The maximum temperatures reach around 30 ° C but are made bearable by the regime of breezes that generally is established along the coast. Even in winter, the climate here is mild and moderately sunny.

Along the beach Bernardini , from Cala in Cala Verde Marina, people are allowed to drive only in the residence La Pineta and Cala Marina . The other 5 have private access to the beach and consequently uncrowded despite being considered one of the most beautiful South West coast .

Schönes Haus super Lage,schöne Schlafzimmer, moderne Duschbäder ,Wohnzimmer etwas veraltete Möbel,zu dunkel,
Fernseher keine deutschen Programme. Küche etwas klein und zu voll gestellt. Ansonsten ein toller Balkon im 1.Stock mit Blick auf das Meer.Man hört die Wellen rauschen.
Schöner Garten mit Holzliegen.Wir würden es wieder besuchen.

La casa è comoda, spaziosa e gode di una posizione veremente invidiabile ... si trova a due passi da una delle spiagge più belle delle Sardegna. il proprietario di casa è molto gentile e disponibile. Perfetta l'accoglienza e la gestione. Consigliatissima

Io e mio marito siamo rimasti molto soddisfatti sia per la casa che per l'accoglienza.
La spiaggia è bellissima e si raggiunge comodamente a piedi.

Das Haus befindet sich ca. 50 Meter von einem sehr schönen Strand. Das ist aber schon das einzig positive dabei. Das Haus ist leider das Geld nicht Wert - es ist schon ziemlich frech sowas zu diesem Preis anzubieten. Das Haus benötigt dringend eine Renovierung. Einzig die Bäder sind neu. Die Möbel sind sehr alt, schmuddelig und verbraucht, die Betten unbequem und die Fenster und Türen sind kaum zu schliessen. Auch die Wände sind sehr vergilbt. Die Steckdosen fallen beim Entfernen des Steckers raus und die Haus-Zufahrt hat grosse Schlaglöcher, so dass Parkieren im Unterstand nicht möglich ist. Auch die Küchenausstattung lässt zu wünschen übrig. Die Mikrowelle hat ein grosses Loch auf der Seite, was eine Nutzung aus Sicherheitsgründen unmöglich macht. Teller und Besteck sind wahrscheinlich 20 jährig und sehen entsprechend ungepflegt aus. Auch der Kaffeekocher hat schon einige Jahre auf dem Buckel. Strandausrüstung gibt es, jedoch ist diese leider auch grösstenteils defekt, wie z.B. der Sonnenschirm. Das WLAN wurde nach Anfrage durch den Agent nachträglich überreicht und angeschlossen, hat aber nur zu Beginn funktioniert. Danach hätte man nachzahlen müssen, was wir nicht wollten. Der TV hat ca. 3 Tage funktioniert und ist dann plötzlich ausgestiegen. Wahrscheinlich ein Wackelkontakt bei einem Kabel. Bei so einem gefährlichen Kabel-Gebastel haben wir es gar nicht mal in Erwägung gezogen etwas selber zu versuchen. Der Agent, der das Haus übergeben hat, war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit - hat aber alles gut heruntergespielt.
