Freezer needed defrosting

We had an unfortunate experience when we could not open the bathroom doo during the night. This mean we could not access bathroom until the morning when someone came to fix it and I had personal medications in the bathroom which I could not access till the morning Although we were given keys to a room on the 5 th floor to use the bathroom during the night this was most inconvenient We did ask for some recompense for this significant inconvenience but have yet still to hear from the owner. As such I could not recommend the property

The location was great, walking distance to main Quebec Interested places

The staff was awfull, not helping at all, especially evening night shift, very limited supplies (toilet paper and soap), we (4 people) ran out of toilet paper which only given one in the bathroom and the non existent staff can only reached by phone told us juat to wait til morning, the room is too dark, some lamps weren't installed, only empty wall switches that switched on nothing, some were dead
