Air condition is swith off after every open/closse of any door. Please adjust switch off delay from couple of seconds to at least 30 seconds.

Quite the retreat space and vibe. Perfect for really unwinding and just being quiet and communing with life as it is. Post PHD completion, this space was what was needed to come out of the mind and do nothing. Having a car is essential for venturing out, particularly for meals. Stayed here for a whole week at La Fare. Definitely for individuals in need of a quiet, non-crowded space all day. Wishing all of you a peaceful journey ahead. I would recommend this space, especially for professionals in the Talking therapy industry, if you are looking to recalibrate and claim some energy back for you to sustain your professional journey. Thank you, Maud, for looking after us, and yes, we shall visit again.

Pure heaven! The pictures do not really do justice to the stunning setting. We couldn’t believe it when we arrived! It is certainly a unique property with individual units and shared spaces and facilities. Each one of the units is thoughtfully decorated with tasteful artefacts and furniture according to the theme. We were in African which had the perfect outlook onto the pool and the lagoon. There are so many beautiful places to sit and lounge in the beautiful gardens ( including a hammock) the staff are on hand every day to keep everything spic and span and are so friendly and helpful! We even had a fabulous home cooked meal prepared by Amanda. ( which you can order 24hours in advance) and. You almost don’t want to leave but it is conveniently located for fabulous beaches and sites There are kayaks available to use and going out on the peaceful lagoon was joyous ( fish jumping ahead of us) sunsets to die for! Utter peace and relaxation

Mosquitoes! They eat me alive but protective gear amply supplied and air conditioning fan and nets made for a peaceful night! Mattress was a bit firm for my old bones!

The pool area and variety of places to relax. It was peaceful.

The one bed in our room was noisy. The bed mattresses are in need of a replacement and aren’t comfortable. The bathroom had an unpleasant smell during our stay. Not the best value for money.
