As on previous occasion we had a very nice time. All expectations were met.

I liked having quite space to ourselves. Spotless. Great host.

Beautiful hotel, fabulous pool and excellent staff - loved the colonial feel and the polished floorboards. The welcome and service were exemplary.

The highly polished floor was a bit slippery at times - caution required! There could have been more tropical fruit at breakfast :-)

The location is a good spot to explore either the north of south of the island as it is well connected to main roads. The rooms were clean enough.

The room descriptions on Booking.com are a total shambles. You don't get the room you think you are getting if you book directly on the website. We arrived in darkness at the agreed hour only to find the entrance gate locked. We had to deal with beggars trying to find the entrance, which turned out to be the locked gate. Inside the room itself, the floorboards were ridiculously squeaky in the room and the bath, one reason for paying for a nicer room was out of order! In addition, payment for this booking was supposed to be taken in advance was supposed to be taken in advance but wasn't. Finally, information on the access to the swimming pool on the Booking.com website was and and still is (as 7th May) wrong.
