Place was perfect for what we needed and a great location for all the area we needed to be at - place was clean and has everything we needed

En-suite bathroom door was faulty and kept coming off the sliding rail

Good location. Comfortable bed.

In need of updating. E.g. ill fitting door to bathroom off main bedroom, loose electric socket. Lacking in kitchen equipment e.g. only one wine glass.

The apartment itself was more spacious than we thought and had a surprise air conditioner. The balcony was enormous, view was limited, but that's okay! The kitchen suited our needs, as we didn't plan to cook much. Accessing via elevator made things easy. Getting there was relatively simple.

Picking up the keys was a disaster. It was a holiday in the middle of a heat wave, and I had to travel to another part of the city to collect the key from a vending machine. I received conflicting emails about how to use the machine, which froze and stopped responding anyway. It was difficult to contact the manager by phone, and in the end I was only able to get help because the cleaners showed up at the office by coincidence. Overall, their system needs to improve.

Location is fantastic. Relatively cheap compared to other places.

Dirty. Stains on sheets,towels,carpets, walls etc. Claims it has a ‘balcony’ but the shutters are so rusted and rotted we had to crawl on our knees to get out and under them- cutting our legs on rusty nails that stick out. Stupid not being able to collect keys from the property, we had to walk in 32 degrees to collect them 20 minutes away. Communication with host is awful- you simply will not get a reply for days on end.
