This cottage is well presented, very comfortable with everything you could need for a lovely holiday.
It was tricky to keep cool as the back room has only one small window. The garden is not fenced off or particularly private. Could be an issue for dog owners.

The location was wonderful, great access to the Downs which was a must. We had all we needed for our short stay and the property felt very welcoming and comfortable.
Getting ventilation was a bit of an all or nothing thing which would have been an issue if we were staying in the middle of summer. The kitchen area is well equipped but not much workspace.
