We loved the location of the property, nice a quiet with a few facilities in the village for food and drink. The property had a lovely garden area and outside seating that we were able to use as its was warm enough to sit out and relax.
Some of the kitchen equipment was lacking, the light outside our main door didn’t work, the shaver point in the en-suite wasn’t working so not able to charge toothbrush, the flush to the toilet in the main bathroom was temperamental.

Amazing location in a walled garden within the beautiful village of East Dean. The cottage is well equipped and tastefully decorated, with comfortable beds and modern bathrooms. The sunny patio is a lovely place to relax and the pub and deli are a short walk away. We loved our stay at Fig Cottage.
