The location is in the lovely village of East Dean, a stone’s throw from the tiger inn, a short walk to a shop and cafe and there are lovely walks from the doorstep all around. In the barn, very comfortable bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, laundry room and a large open plan kitchen/dining room and ´snug’
There is a small garden space exclusive to the barn but it doesn’t feel private because there is no real boundary with the adjacent cottage

Spacious, nice decor and clean
the beams seemed to look like they had some kind of wood rot, not sure if it was treated wood… my daughter actually developed a cough during our one week stay
