About this villa rental
Prestigious and ancient renovated farmhouse with large infinity pool and solarium (open in the warm months), surrounded by monumental olive trees, furnished in Mediterranean style. Very close to the famous Borgo Egnazia, Masseria Torre Coccaro and Masseria Torre Maizza. Available for guests 2 double bedrooms with independent entrance, bathroom, large living room, living room with fireplace, kitchen, outdoor bathroom with indoor shower, outdoor shower, outdoor kitchen, large terrace, 2 shaded patios and one sunny. The outdoor spaces are arranged on 3 different sides of the house allowing you to find your privacy at all times. It is equipped with WiFi, dishwasher, double oven, microwave, mixer, toaster, fireplace, heating, electric blankets, iron, hairdryer, barbecue, ping pong table, table football. We leave all common areas available to guests (swimming pool, lounge, living room, kitchen and all outdoor spaces).
It is our country house for which you will also find our 2 good and reserved cats and our 2 sweet bitches, so good to work as a pet therapist in schools and hospitals.
It is about 4 km from the sea and this allows you to remain immersed in the peace of the countryside but still very close to the beaches and cliffs.
A few steps from the archaeological excavations of Egnazia, from the rocky park of Lama d'Antico, from the largest golf courses on the sea in Europe, from Ostuni, from Monopoli, from Polignano and from the magical Trulli of the Valle d'Itria.
Archaeological scuba diving possible with an archaeologist. On-site release of international diving patents. You can also book additional activities such as cooking classes, excursions, octopus fishing trips, recreational and educational activities for your dog.
Nearby hypermarket also open on holidays.

It is a gorgeous property; the pictures on this VRBO site don't do it justice! It's so stunning that I felt a little guilty having my one-year-old runaround! Guisella and Donato were fantastic hosts, making us feel very welcome. The property was super lovely, and the pool was heaven. I would highly recommend that a couple or family with older children stay in this property, where they can tell their kids to be careful and not break any of the interiors, as it is gorgeous. The location was 10 minutes away from Fasano or one of the local coastal towns like Saveritti, which we enjoyed so much—lots of other restaurants there. If coming in the summer, be aware that most places close between 1 pm-5 pm. Thank you for being such a gracious host, Guisella; you went well and above and beyond for us, coming in from a super delayed flight during check-in and being super welcoming to our family.

The house is really nice to be in a calm and quiet environment: the pool is amazing perfect for the kids and with a beautiful garden of fruits trees ! The owner Guisella is so kind and very welcoming;-) She gave us ideas and places/beaches to go absolutely.
I recommend the place for those who wants to enjoy Puglia in a beautiful peaceful place.

Masseria Auina is the perfect hideaway. The location is ideal to explore Apulia and the pool and the house are absolutely gorgeous. Giusella and Donato make you feel at home... Absolutely recommend this stay...

It’s a sanctuary and we didn’t want to leave! Only stay here if you appreciate beautiful design, stunning gardens and pool, darling dogs and lovely owners who have great local knowledge. The Perfect Puglian experience.
