Beautiful and cozy apartment with garden in a farmhouse surrounded by nature, in Fasano.
The apartment is located on the ground floor of a farmhouse dating back to the sixteenth century and is characterized by historic furnishings with modern and functional finishes. Its peculiarity are the lines and raw materials such as exposed stone on the floors and walls, and the arches that narrate the history of the place. The entrance opens onto the living area, featuring a sofa bed, a TV, a dining table and an open kitchen equipped with refrigerator, oven and all the necessary utensils for cooking. Going to the left of the living area, guests can access the bedroom with a queen-size bed and the characteristic bathroom with a shower.
The highlight of the house is the exterior: the entrance boasts a space complete with a table, chairs, deck chairs and parasol where guests can relax. In addition, the accommodation is the perfect place to enjoy nature by walking and visiting the estate that stretches over the hills of Fasano that houses vineyards and olive groves.
The swimming pool is open from the 1st of May to the 30th of September.

Fasano lies in between Brindisi and Bari. It is surrounded by wood hills which slowly become valleys, rich with thousand year-old olive trees and typical “masserie” that open up to the sea. The inspiring historic center is made of lime buildings and of several churches located around the alleys, as well as of majestic buildings coming from the glorious past of the city. Among the recommended sites are “Piazza Ciaia”, “Torrione delle Fogge” and the Church of San Giovanni Battista. Then, the “Selva” area with its villas, green hills and the “Minareto” overlooks the entire city of Fasano. Going further east, you will bounce into the marine towns of Savelletri and Torre Canne, and the Archeological Site of Egnazia. From here, our guests can easily discover the amazing and hidden places of our land: Cisternino, known as one of the most beautiful villages in Italy; Alberobello, which is famous for its ancient dwellings, “Trulli”, world heritage since 1996. 30 kms north our guests can visit Polignano a Mare and Monopoli, old fishermen villages with evocative historic centers and enchanting beaches. Going further north, guests can find Bari, Eastern threshold, meanwhile toward south our guest will get to Torre Guaceto nature reserve, just before reaching Brindisi and Lecce, capital of Barocco. Taranto, the heart of Magna Grecia is located west of Ostuni, and then Matera, particular for its Sassi and nominated European capital of culture for 2019.
Bari and Brindisi airports are located 60 and 50 minutes away by car from the accommodation, respectively.

We had a wonderful stay. Everything was perfect! The kids loved everything. We wish we stayed longer as it is suitable for a long stay. For a couple is even more romantic to enjoy a bottle of wine by the pool area.

We stayed for 5 nights and every night we were so grateful to come back to this place. The grounds were beautiful, the pool was warm, bed was comfortable and it had everything we needed. It was special to be staying amongst the olive oil trees. Fasano is a great town and the location was perfect for all of our day trips around Puglia. We would certainly stay here again.

Great location close to beaches and marvelous towns. The property at an old farm “masseria” was awesome great room, great bathroom, living area and overall ambiance.
Luisa and Aldo could not have been nicer and offered great local advice on beaches, shopping areas, restaurants, anything and everything. Awesome hosts, we will certainly return.

I had a wonderful and magical experience at the masseria. What a charming and beautiful place. It was within striking distance of many extraordinary sights and 11 minutes from the sea by car. I was blown away by the ancient olive groves and hope to return to this spot someday. The hosts are warm and helpful and having my own patio, pool, and palm tree made me happier than one might expect. I am grateful I found this spot.
