Perfect for a family with 1 child. There is very well mentained grass and beautiful vegetation in front of the house, ideal for the kid(s) to play. The beach is at 100 - 150 m and is a pleasure to get to it by stepping on grass.
The house is equipped with everything you need (washing mashine, dishwasher, hair dryer, microwave, sunbeds, sun umbrella, parking space, etc).
There is a beautiful terrace, with confortable sofas and tables. We used it every night to relax at a glass of wine.
The ceilings are a little bit too low in the bathrooms. For a taller person can be an inconvenient.
