Disappointing

The only good thing here is the amazing view, quiet surroundings with so much plants and green. Great garden also with enough parking space.

We went there in June and had to wait for more that 1 hour to find the keys for our house. The agency that manages this property didn't send a picture of the key locker and just told us it is right next to the door. We called them more than 5 times - nobody knew exactly where it is and how to help. We just found it at the garden entrance for the complex with 7 houses. It wasn't clean well, the toilets was in bad condition with yellow stains. The bedroom and the bathroom on the 3rd floor have really low ceiling - you have to be inclined to use the bathroom all the time. There were no light in the bathroom at floor 3 - nobody have changed the bulb. The siphon at the bathroom at floor 1 was clogged - the water just stayed there for days and we couldn't use it. No additional toilet paper, no mops to clear the dirty bathrooms. Rusty dryers. I asked 2 times before arrival about coffee machine, they said there is a filter machine, but actually - there wasn't nothing. The top of everything was a lizard inside our bedroom (we were with our 2 years old kid) that has been there for almost a month because the previous review here on Booking is of a woman who have shared the exact same problems they didn't fixed. She also have written about that lizard and when we saw it - let's say it was really not calm experience! I have sent 2 massages to the agency during our stay - one with questions and asking for assistance, the second one with complaints about their extremely unprofessional attitude. They didn't answer me to both of them. They sent me an answer and apology at the time when we had to be checked out already, we were at a different city at that time. This is our first time experience of that kind in Greece and it is absolutely UNAXEPTABLE!

Very good

The villa is big. The location is perfect - it is on a hill with great view with very well maintained garden, flowers and trees. There is a great beach on the right side (best to go by car or bike). Kitchen is fully equiped, dish washer available, too. 3 bedrooms, nice balconies, great patio. All bedrooms fully equipped with towels.

No phone signal in the villa. We have not been instructed on the wifi in advance. Was hard to find which is our villa out of the 4 there. We were informed there is a coffee machine but we got it a few days later on demand. There was no soap in the bathrooms and no sponge and dish wash liquid in the kitchen. There were ants in the beds and the pillows are very 'high' to sleep at. No additional toilet paper apart from one in each bath/toilette and no kitchen paper.

Ολα ξεκίνησαν από την στιγμή που φτάσαμε . Με το που φτάσαμε περιμέναμε σχεδόν μια ώρα έξω από το κατάλυμα διότι μας είχαν δώσει λάθος κωδικό για να πάρουμε τα κλειδιά . Με το που μπήκαμε μέσα όλα ήταν χάλια ήταν βρώμικα παντού είχε αράχνες και μύριζε μούχλα το σπίτι . Εγώ να περιγράψω ότι έχω και ένα μωρό 8 μηνών για το οποίο είχα ζήτηση παρκοκρεβατο . Είχα κάνει την αίτηση ένα μήνα πριν και έλεγε ότι εγκρίθηκε η αίτηση και είναι δωρεάν το παρκοκρεβατο . Δεν υπήρχε πουθενά έπειτα από επικοινωνία με ενημέρωσαν ότι αύριο και ολας θα είναι εκεί . Την επόμενη μέρα δεν ήρθε το κρεβάτι ξανά κάλεσα με ενημέρωσαν ότι δεν είναι διαθέσιμο και ότι πρέπει να πληρώσω με λίγα λόγια έγινε αυτό για 5 ημέρες το μωρό κοιμόταν με κίνδυνο στο κρεβάτι μας γιατί μπουσουλάει και στον ύπνο κουνιέται με αποτέλεσμα παραλίγο να πέσει από το κρεβάτι ! Το άλλο θέμα ήταν ότι δεν μπορούσαμε να κάνουμε μπάνιο ήταν χαλασμένες και οι δύο τουαλέτες δεν κάναμε μπάνιο για 5 ημέρες το μωρό δεν μπορούσε άλλο αναγκάζονταν να τον κάνω μπάνιο έξω όταν βγαίναμε . Μας είπαν ότι θα έρθει κάποιος και μας κορόιδευαν κανονικά . Μιλούσα επι 5 ημέρες στο τηλέφωνο μαζί τους και δεν έδιναν λύση σε τίποτα . ΑΣΕ που μετά γνώριζαν τον αριθμό του κινητού και δεν απαντούσαν μια κοροϊδία !!! Μην πάτε ποτέ σε αυτό το κατάλυμα όλα απαίσια !!! Αναγκαστικά και καθάρισα μόνη μου το μωρό ταλαιπωρήθηκε πραγματικά όλα χάλια ! Δεν μας εφεύραν ούτε σεντόνια ούτε πέτσες για αλλαγή εννοώ το ζητάγαμε επι 5 μέρες , έλεγαν θα φέρουν και τίποτα . Κάθε φορά που σήκωναν το τηλέφωνο έλεγαν ναι πείτε τι σας ενοχλεί ενώ είχα πει τα προβλήματα που υπρχηαν σε προηγούμενο υπάλληλο ότι ΧΕΙΡΟΤΕΡΟ!!!! Αλήθεια ήθελα να κινηθώ νομικά γιατί δεν φαντάζεστε τι περάσαμε ! Για εμένα πρέπει να μην ξανά πάει κανείς ότι χειρότερο ! Μας χάλασαν οι διακοπές και μας ταλαιπώρησαν με ένα μωρό 8 μηνών κρίμα
