Our host was incredibly helpful and lead us through the arrival and was very supportive during entire stay.
In general, Skala Fourka is rather not developed tourist spot yet so there is lack of many usual tourists attractions, but it has nothing to do with the accomodation.

Lovely property very comfortable and stylish! The villa is equipped with everything you could possibly need during your stay! All the furniture and appliances are of high quality, TV has a lot of international channels.
The property is literally on the beach and a only couple of minutes by car to the town.
The owners were easy to contact and very helpful.
Only a couple on minor things: Wi-fi signal not very strong, mainly accessible on the ground floor.
Ants in the kitchen but the owners are aware of that and hopefully will address the problem

The place is wonderfully located on the hill just above the beach. It has a nice garden and the the beach is great, a small bay, not crowded, with nice water entrance and thin sand.
The house is nice in terms of rooms and space for two three families with small kids.
The place was heaven for ants. They were everywhere, we could not leave anything on the table or even in the cupboard becase ants were instantly invading. Fridge was the only one where ants were not in.
The previous cleaning was not done properly unfortunately. And for a 10 days no cleaning was included. If we wanted somebody to come to clean would have been very costly.

Position, the view, the facilities, the beach
Hot water (hard to get it to stay at a constant temperature - this is something that can be improved.
You have to do some walking to get to taverns area (not easy when you have a small kid) - this is something that cannot be improved easily :).
