The staff were courteous and helpful. Checking in and out was super easy. The facility was spotless and looked new. The breakfast was delicious and bountiful.

I don't have any complaints.

The rooms were very clean and comfortable. The breakfast was pretty good. Check in and check out were great!!

I can't seem to think of anything I didn't like..

I like the breakfast.

So I stayed at the same hotel about a week prior to this specific stay. That first stay was great, room was great, no complaints. So I decided to stay again. The second time I stayed which is in regards to this review the experience wasn't quite the same. In my room the fridge wasn't working. I called the front desk to let them know and the young male who answered was like uhh well..?? I was like so can it be replaced or can I move rooms? He says well we're really booked and I'm like oh understandable so can it be replaced? He says well I will let someone know and we will get back with you. I didn't hear anything so the next day I bring it to another lady's attention at the front desk she was very great with her customer service and was apologetic because she didn't seem to be aware of the issue and I don't believe the young man said anything to anyone but explained how maintenance had already left for the day but did want to let them know. All this to say the fridge didn't get replaced until the night before I had to checkout. Also the shower head was awful there was barely any water pressure and the water was more of a trickle. I also brought that to their attention but she did tell me that it's something that maintenance would have to do. However I did make it work with what I had. I also let them know the shower door had been broken before I even got there. I know this isn't the staffs fault but the people above me those few nights were stomping all night. I did call the front desk but I didn't want to keep calling as I felt bad I already had so many issues.
