A kind,, cheerful young man at check-in welcomed me at 9 pm. The facility was clean and very comfortable. The curtains remained open all night. I watch small planes, shooting stars 🌠 So peaceful. Took advantage of lower deck and Adirondack chairs for nighttime sky viewing.
Would have enjoyed a continental breakfast or breakfast buffet. On the day we stayed, a la carte from the menu was only option.

The hotel Us beautiful with amazing view! The restaurant has the mountains bore just amazing, classic American food pretty good! All the employees are very friendly!! And the best part is wake up with such an amazing view!

Buffet breakfast food choices and quality were good but at such a remote destination suggest that breakfast be included in room rate. Dinner with a gorgeous sunset view was yummy - especially like the trout! LOVED the view off the back deck of the lodge and also that all rooms had the same view.
Unfortunately, the breakfast was underwhelming due to a large group emptying many of the food choices including coffee, orange juice and even bowls, plates, utensils. Refilling took a long time. Our room was a bit small. The elevator was very slow - for the size building with 4 floors and second elevator would be a good idea.

The views were beautiful.
The hotel is older with some upgrades. The restaurant was so-so. Not the greatest. When we arrived the bedding was dirty/stained. The front desk staff changed the sheets but that tainted the stay.
