NEW APARTMENT WITH ALL THE COMFORT
Located five minutes from downtown and only two minutes from the beach, this fabulous new apartment has air conditioning and communal pool, living room and semi independent American kitchen, suite bedroom with private bathroom, separate bedroom with bunk bed and sofa bed in the living room .
The property is rescued of the leisure areas which allows to be only 5 minutes of it but with the greatest silence desired
It has a large terrace where you can spend good moments of tranquility.
We have parking on the same property with access by elevator.

The apartment was exactly as advertised, and the host responded quickly to any call. I would have given it 5* but unfortunately the air con failed on Day 1 and couldn't be repaired/replaced during our 14 day stay. On day 3 we were provided with two portable aircon units which went a long way to providing the necessary cooling, especially during the first week where the temperature was 33-36 degrees. We still had a great time and would be happy to visit again and/or recommend to others. The patio area is huge, even bigger than shown in photos. A slight warning is that whilst most of Lloret is flat the last 50 metres to the apartment consists of a slight slope of 25 metres and a steeper slope of 25 metres - and they put lamposts and signposts in the middle of pavement. You can just make it through the gaps with a standard pushchair but anything bigger, or a wheelchair, then you'd have to use the street. And finally, a larger supermarket is only 150 metres away so easy to stock up.

The communication with the owner was perfect. When you requeste something,5 min you have it. The area is so nice, everything you need is to reach in 5 min. The pool is clean. What I prefer is the Terrasse , is big with modern equipments. My family enjoyed the Stay, we will come back next Holiday. Many thanks to the owner
