We had a good-sized 1-bedroom apartment for 6 nights with 2 single beds and a sofa bed. The kitchen had enough utensils and equipment for our needs. Towels and sheets were changed half way through our stay. The location is excellent, one street back from the beachfront, and there is a Palou supermarket 2 mins away. The staff, incl Arunas, are extremely courteous and helpful.
No oven, and the non-stick coating on the frying pans was scratched away (though Arunas got us a new one after I pointed this out). A more serious problem was the noise from people partying in some of the other rooms at all hours of the night. The sound insulation seems to be non-existent! However, I should have done my research - Lloret is a major party town for young adults during July and August. So if you are looking for a quiet holiday, Lloret may not be the place to go.

Location was great and shower was good as well
Elevator was not working, beds, sheets, towels and sofa was dirty. The sofa-bed was all broken and very uncomfortable
