Le ballon d'eau chaude qui n'est pas suffisant pour prendre une douche pour une personne et remonté d'égout et le toilette pas fixé a préciser dans l'annonce qu'il faut rajouter un budget parking payant environ 30€/24h car aucune place pour se garer
