    I had a really great stay here. The hotel is absolutely beautiful, with a stunning view over the sea and a very relaxing atmosphere. The pool area is amazing, and there are plenty of comfortable places to sit and enjoy the view. The interior design is very stylish and cozy, and everything felt clean and well maintained. The location is excellent, perfect for a peaceful stay near the coast. The ladies working at the bar were especially warm, friendly, and attentive — they made a really positive impression.     Great hotel, fabulous food, very comfortable and great views. This was our 2nd visit to the hotel. Only downside is when checking in the reception staff pay little attention to the guests and prefer to converse with other members of staff instead.

    I don't understand the bad reviews. Me and my daughter who is 25 had a brilliant time there. We arrived early before check in, we was able to store our luggage and stay and use the facilities. We decided to go out and explore for a bit. The room was lovely and clean and fit with the decor that run throughout. Yes some things do need updating, like the bathroom, but is is still clean and functional. Also never bothered me. The staff (each and every one of them) were absolutely amazing and really got involved. We found a little bit of the Spanish language goes a long way (Also got tested on my school French lol). I felt so sad leaving there because they went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. There was some form of entertainment each night. You also get a great mix of people there. The thing that topped it for me was the absolutely stunning views of the sea, but the palace itself is everything you hope you see in a Spanish house. So people moaning about the decor not being uniform, it's not meant to be. For me it adds character Roger de Flor really made my second year in Lloret the best thanks to all the people that work there. Thank you all so much
