Staff here are exceptional. From font of house pool cleaning lady and especially the bat staff. Lovely and friendly seems to be a great comoradory between staff.
Hotel cleaned daily.
Faciltys for young children up to 12 years excellent. Splahh park ideal as water is shallow and parents can relax around pool. Could do with more umbreallas. Not opening until 10 is great as it means u dont have to be up at crack of dawn for beds.
Room clean, view on first floor poor.
Breakfast is terrible as i paid on one morning. Glad i didt include it.
Noise in rooms was atrocious. Can hear everything. Unfortunetly was stuck between very loqd teenagers that banged on each others doors a screamed most of the night. Reception was very nice and rang them but actually got worse nights after. No deccent night sleep. The staff and pool are excellent and would book another best hotel

Not usually my thing an all inclusive family hotel, but thought it was good, great for a family. Pool and slides great for kids and adults. Plenty of choice on food all be it average quality. But for the money thought it was extremely good. Was April when we went so wasn’t too busy. Can see it being over crowed peak months looking at how many sun loungers they have.
Location was good not too far away from anything. Staff friendly and helpful enough.
