About this apartment rental
This beautiful 75m² apartment consists of a large bright living room with sofa bed, armchairs and TV, a dining area with table and chairs, and a fully equipped separate kitchen (fridge with freezer, vitro hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, 2 coffee makers: filter and Senseo, etc.).
The living room and the kitchen open onto a beautiful terrace facing the large park of the residence, facing due west, with a view of the hills of Agay. The sun will be there in the afternoon and until sunset.
In the apartment for the sleeping area, there is a bedroom with a 160x200 double bed and a bedroom with 2 single beds, each with large closets. Also, a bathroom, and a separate WC.
The apartment is rented with a parking space.
The residence has a beautiful swimming pool (18m x 6m), a huge green park, and the beach and the small restaurants and shops are barely 200m away! The town center of St Raphaël is 10 minutes away by car. the proximity of the station allows you to also enjoy Cannes, Nice, Ventimiglia, etc. easily.

Linen is not provided, but packs can be hired for €25/person/week, including sheets, bath towels, bathroom mats and kitchen rags (contact Les Vacances de Magali to book your linen packs at least one week before your arrival).

Lovely clean spacious modern gated condo with a beautiful view. It was just a very short walk to the beach, shops and train station in Agay. 4 adults in our party for the last 2 weeks of May. Everyone loved their time here. Just a heads up the pool doesn’t open until June 01 and there is no WiFi so we made do with the beach and our own data. Manager for the unit was personable and efficient.

The appartment is clean and very spacious. The beds are comfortable, the kitchen has all you need to cook. The living room is comfortable. Outside is a big grassfield - to walk in quiet with our dog.
Walking distance from the beach, shops and restaurants.
And the management service was great, kind and with good communication.
