Sweet Home Apatment Split

Excellent apartment with everything you can think of in it. The multi-storey (7-8 storey) building in which the apartment is located may not be very pleasing to look at, but the apartment is beyond one's expectation. Very clean and comfortable. Bedrooms are of reasonable size with comfortable beds. Kitchen is fully equipped. 25 minutes walk to the town centre( I did walk and timed). 10 minutes Uber ride to the centre at a cost of £4.80 (5.40 euro) ( price can vary depending upon the demand for Uber). Buses are not available from the road next to the apartment. Unfortunately, there no trains in Split. Two supermarkets ( Studenac & Tommy) with in 5 minutes walking distance from the apartment. Café/Bar Albetros next to Tommy supermarket. Excellent café/bar, but please note they accept cash only. Yummy cocktails available at Albretos for 7 euros. Please note coffees are served in very small cups in Croatia, like in Italy. They are strong. There is a beautiful market within 10 minutes walk from the apartment that sells fresh vegetables, fruits, meat and fish. There are other shops there too including cash points. To get to the market, come to the main road, turn right and walk down for about 10 minutes or take the stairs down in front of the building, then turn right, and then immediate left and walk down through a park like road for about 8 minutes. The host, Josipa, is very responsive landlady with any of your needs.

A luxurious 2 bedroom apartment in immaculate condition. Everything you need has been accommodated for. Hosts are amazing with communication and extremely helpful. Couldn’t have asked for better.

Distance to the old town is 2.2km away. If you enjoy walking, it takes about 25 mins to get there, otherwise can become quite costly with taxis.

The apartment looks nice and clean, exactly like the pictures. The host is very friendly and helpful. She responded to our questions really promptly. Wifi is very fast too.
